We're excited to welcome an HR/Recruitment Apprentice to our team — someone who can help us find the right people to deliver what we do best: exceptional Supported Living care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in HR, gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, and contribute to effective workforce planning strategies within our organisation. As an apprentice you will be supported in your studies in gaining a Level 3 qualification.
About The Role

As an HR & Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll work alongside a team of experienced HR professionals, gaining real-world experience in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and workforce planning.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play an active part in supporting recruitment campaigns, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and contributing to workforce planning — all while ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
