Deputy Manager - Dover

Reporting to: Registered Manager

Salary: £27,560 - £30,000

Location: Dover

Working Hours: Full Time, 40hrs per week, Monday to Sunday

What Does the Role Look Like?

As we’ve expanded and grown, we’ve identified the need for dedicated, experienced Deputy Managers.

You’ll be supporting the Registered Managers to oversee their allocated locations and working closely alongside the Support Teams to provide care to our supported individuals, setting exemplary standards of care and helping to drive our Core Values – Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

To help achieve this, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, drafting rosters, maintaining and monitoring paperwork ready for audit and playing a key role in the review and drafting of support plans, risk assessments and other key documents regarding the people we support.

You’ll also be assisting in the line management of Support Workers and other team members who provide care to supported individuals, including conducting supervisions, return to works, and light investigatory duties
